    Salamandres Distribution takes great care when putting information online concerning the essential characteristics of our products, notably the technical descriptions and pictures of the products and , within the limits of technology and in accordance with the highest industry standards .The pictures reproducing the products are not contractual .

    Salamandres Distribution classifies its product offerings into two categories with a special offer to individuals and offer dedicated professionals . It is necessary to comply with this classification when choosing your product . In some cases the entries as "not suitable for domestic use " may be specified.

    Therefore, any purchase by an individual of a dedicated professional use machine shall be treated as a purchase made by a professional (see Cancellation Rights)

    Any purchase for professional use (use considered intensive) of a domestic steamer can not beneficiate the normal guarantee period but will have a guarantee for a period of six months from the date of invoice.

    Salamandres Distribution designs, manufactures and markets Clothes whose use is mainly related to the presentation of ready to wear clothing by removing the action of steam folds transport and packaging

    Salamandres Distribution responsibility is limited to providing an apparatus producing steam according to the characteristics displayed on the product description .

    Salamandres Distribution products are not responsible for the inefficiency of steam on the treatment of certain fabric or other support inherent in steam properties.

    You agree that the information you provide when you register on the website is true and accurate in all respects, without being misleading, and you will contact us of any changes to that information.

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or delete portions of these website Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice. Dates of changes will be updated at the bottom of the page.

Whilst ensuring that color reproduction of images is close to reality, we do not guarantee perfect accuracy and do not accept responsibility for color variation caused by computers and/or browsers. We reserve the right to change product specifications, prices, packaging and any related service at any time, without prior notice.

  • Formation of Contract and Governing Law

    A contract between you and Salamandres Distribution for the sale of our products will only exist once we confirm your order by e-mailing you to confirm your order has been accepted. The contract will be deemed to have been formed and the confirmation deemed to have been given to you as soon as you are able to access the message, whether or not you actually received that message. The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in France and shall be governed by the laws of France and you and Salamandres Distribution irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the French Courts.

    Delivery

    We deliver anywhere in UK.

    We aim to despatch any orders received on a working day before 13.00 GMT that same day, for delivery in 2 or 3 days in the UK.

    However, please allow 7 days for delivery. In extreme circumstances, if a product is not available, you must agree a full refund for the price of your item and shipping, provided that nothing was shipped to you in that order. We do not accept liability for delays in delivery caused by third-party courier companies.

    Cancellation Rights

 In the UK you have a legal right  to cancel your order within 14 working days following your receipt of the goods for a refund. This period starts from the date of delivery of your parcel.

This right of withdrawal is without penalty. This right of return will not be accepted for products dedicated to a particular purpose (see Product Information). The items must be returned unused in their original condition with all supplied accessories and packaging, manuals ...). Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be refunded. This right of withdrawal is in no way a free trial period. Any return received without compliance with its rules may not be refunded.

You are responsible for the condition of your goods until they reach us, so pack your items carefully to prevent damage in transit. If the goods are damaged or you send us an incomplete return, you will not be eligible for a full refund. For information, all the goods returned will be inspected on arrival before the refund. If your cancellation is received before your order has been sent, we will issue you with a full refund. If your order has been sent already, you will need to return the entire order at your cost. You will be provided with a return number and the adress for return when you will contact us by e mail. Refund will be done within 14 days after we receive your goods.

Any package opened or used by the purchaser, returned to Salamandres Distribution as part of a request for refund will be subject to a flat rate withholding  £25.00 (rehabilitation, restructuring)
All returns must be accompanied by the Return Form to complete, date and sign.

One return form in the parcel and one return form sending by email at contact@salamandres-steamers.co.uk with the date of shipment, the name of the transport company and the tracking number.

Professionals : cancellation rights do not apply to professionals.

In case of refund, you will be directly refunded by re-crediting the credit card or Paypal account that was used for the transaction no later than 14 days after the date on which you have exercised your cancellation right, on the express condition have received your return (package delivered against signature).


Returns

All returns must be within the right of cancellation rights together with the Return Form to complete, date and sign.

For return parcel, you can return by the Post Office (or another carrier).

Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Guarantee period

As part of the warranty of your device, and prior to shipment, you must contact us by email at contact@salamandres-steamers.co.uk to obtain the address.

What does the guarantee cover?

Our guarantees provide full cover against mechanical breakdown through normal use. This means that if your item develops a fault during the guarantee period, we'll arrange for it to be repaired free of charge parts and labour.

How does it work?

During the guarantee period, if your product develops a fault that needs to be repaired, look for visible signs of the breakdown and consult the fault-finding guide in the handbook.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, please contact us by e mail contact@salamandres-steamers.co.uk. You’ll need to provide us with details of your item, including the model number and date of purchase. You’ll find all of this information on our original receipt – this acts as your guarantee, so please make sure you keep it safe.

If the unit suffers a technical fault within 90 days of your purchase date, we will send you a replacement machine or the defective part or the accessory .Upon receipt , you will have to ship the defective part to:

If we can’t repair your item, we’ll replace it with an item of equivalent specification. If no equivalent product is available we‘ll discuss an alternative settlement with you, and we’ll always do our best to make sure that you’re satisfied with the outcome.

What’s not included?

There are some specific exclusions from our guarantees, as follows:

Repair costs caused by external factors such as limescale

Accidental damage, for example if your item has been dropped. You may find that this type of damage is covered by your household contents insurance policy

If the product has been used commercially or for business purposes

Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product, or any loss over and above the purchase price of the original item

Servicing, inspecting or cleaning of the product; and failure to follow the installation guidelines

Deliberate damage or neglect of the product
